Cut up several apples and pears (with the peel on if you want). Optional- add frozen cherries and/or strawberries. Cook together with some cinnamon for a long time over a slow flame till it is reduced in size. Proccess with an immersion blender, weigh into portion cups and freeze.
Take out of the freezer about a half an hour before you want to eat it or you will not be able to get your spoon into it.
