Chunked Butternut Squash

Weigh it into 8 ounce portions and stock your freezer.
To make a soup you can add your whole grain, barley or brown rice and spices, Hawaj, Chili, Salt, Pepper, Garlic, or whatever you want. I usually add an equal quanity of water. I often put it in a crock pot before leaving for work. If you add your protein you can add extra water. You can also add beans for your protein for a wonderful thick soup .
This is a very useful thing to have around.
