Lo Mein

In a frying pan saute together:

four ounces of brown rice spaghetti

8 ounces of Chinese vegetables (see http://tiforoafood.blogspot.com/2010/12/baked-chinese-veggies.html )

4 ounces of protein, meat, chicken or tofu

Soy Sauce

Ginger

Garlic Powder

3 Tbsp water.
