Spray a baking pan with Pam. Layer it with thin slices of peeled apples, pears, strawberries and cherries. Between the layers sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 325 for 2 1/2 hours or until it is very well done and almost seems carmelized-it will taste better when it is crispy in places.
