Spray a pan with pam and put a single layer of cooked chickpeas. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic salt, paprika, chili powder, and any other spice you are in the mood for. Bake at 425 for 25 minutes or 350 for 35 minutes. Some people like them really crispy and some people like them just a bit done. Either way they are spicy and delicious.
